About lab diamond
Diamond are almost indestructible and diamond are also call a girl’s best friend. Diamond do not have such prestigious reputation for no reason. The hardest naturally occurring substance known to man is diamond, it isn’t just the toughest substance, but also it is one of the most beautiful and gleaming jewels we have ever seen.
Comparison with natual diamonds
Lab grown diamond are no different from the naturally occurring diamonds. In order to create a lab diamond a “seed” is taken which is then used to artificially create a diamond by two methods viz High Pressure - High Temperature (HPHT) and Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD). Lab grown diamond also score 10 out of 10 on the Mohs scale of hardness. The remarkable bond between carbon atoms that make up the diamond accounts for its incredible strength.
A lot of lab grown diamond today are used for jewelry and other industrial purposes. These lab diamonds possess the same qualities as those of its parent diamond from which the seed is incubated.
